I’m Doug Kuhl, Retired Army Veteran, a Pastor, Life coach, and Fellow traveler who’s walked through seasons of being lost, overwhelmed, and spiritually dry.
My mission is simple: To help men renew their minds, restore their confidence, and walk closely with Christ.

With a Master of Arts in Pastoral Counseling, training in suicide prevention and intervention, and hundreds of hours coaching men one-on-one, I bring both professional expertise and real-life battle scars.
